We offer a 14-day return policy, providing you with ample time to request a return after receiving your item.

For a successful return, ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags, hygienic adhesive for bikini bottoms and one-pieces, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, reach out to us at info@benattibeachwear.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Regrettably, we are unable to process returns for international orders, purchased gift cards, items on sale, or clearance items.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on sales and clearance items, or items sold with a promo code.

Damages and issues
We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item please contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right for you.

Refunds 

We'll inform you once we've received and examined your return, confirming whether the refund has been approved. In case of approval, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account.

All sales purchased with discount or promo codes are considered final sales—no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. Please note that once an item is purchased at full price, we are unable to override the price and provide the promotional discount retrospectively. Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless otherwise specified. Gift Card

Benatti Beachwear gift cards are exclusively available for purchase on our official website. Gift cards obtained through unauthorized channels or platforms will not be valid. Please ensure your purchase is made directly through our website to guarantee authenticity and a seamless shopping experience. The gift card is not valid for use on any other online platform sale or at any other point of sale including stores we supply. For any inquiries or assistance, contact our customer support. The gift card is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
